It is easy. Send all of the H1B Visa alien workers in America back to their home countries.
All we have to do is to replace the H1B aliens in American that are working in America. The H1B was created to provide labor for American business when Americans were not available to perform the work. Nobody can say that Americans are not willing, able, qualified, and available to perform the work today.
There are hundreds of thousands of the H1B and more than 20 other temporary worker visas approved by Congress and The White House each year and they are allowed to remain working in America for years. Even when the deadline for them to return to their home countries arrive many are allowed to remain in America working for even more extended time periods.
Write to your congress man and women and tell them to send the H1B's back to their home countries.
If you are a hiring manager, do not hire them. They are not in any preferential or equal opportunity category. They replace your neighbors and relatives that need the jobs. You can be replaced by a H1B. Be American patriotic. Hire Americans.
If you are a H1B, start packing. Thank you for your services. America does not need you anymore. You are a pawn being cheated to fair wages and benefits. Just like illegal aliens that are contracted to clean offices, you are hired by third parties and work at American employer worksites. H1B's are no better than the illegal aliens working in America. The American employers think they are shielded from prosecution by not hiring H1B's directly are wrong.
Put America back to work by replacing the million H1B and the 20 or so other categories of alien temporary workers in America with Americans.
Additional rewards for America would include freeing up much of the rental apartment market, saving money in public schools, and lowering charity healthcare costs (most do not understand American healthcare and are grossly underinsured).
